Those that earned it before it was discontinued may, of course, still wear the knot.

Old Den Leader Coach Knot

The older Den Leader Coach Knot had a gold and light blue rope on a blue background. This knot is now used for the Cub Scouter Award. However, there are some older Scouters that earned the award with the older version and still wear the older version.
